About the role

High Focus Centers in Freehold is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking a Clinician to join our team of behavioral healthcare professionals in facilitating individual therapy, group therapy, and group-based psychoeducation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members and consults with the treatment team regularly for the development of and progress toward treatment goals in accordance with clinical policy and accreditation guidelines.
• Facilitates all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact as applicable.
• Responsible for maintaining clinical records for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR in accordance with program policy.
• Provides documentation and support for utilization review in a timely way and participates in the UR process as outlined in program policy.
• Participates in aftercare plan development and outcome data process as applicable.
• Contributes to program-specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy.
• Participates in on-call rotation as directed by supervisor and in accordance with program policy.
• Conducts Level of Care Assessments as required.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information.
• Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• New Jersey licensure: LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT (or in process of obtaining).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations in any capacity.

Pay

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (including free licensure supervision).

Schedule

Full time, in-person, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
