Licensed Listing Agent
Responsibilities
- Graduate from Community Partner Group- PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct six open houses during your 90 Day Agent Launch Program
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session (optionally remote)
- Participate in remote weekly trainings and remote Partner Calls
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in your own CRM
Qualifications
- Intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- Excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others, and identifying solutions
- Strong in prospecting and lead generation
- Overcoming objections naturally
- Strong communicator and committed to service
- Licensed real estate professional
- 1+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning-based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
