- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and development of the team.
- Help establish the strategic and operational direction of the practice.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other professional partners.
- Focus on leadership, management, client engagement, and office development rather than field work.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $170,000–$200,000+, depending on experience.
- Performance‑based bonus / profit‑sharing opportunities.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) with company contribution.
- Paid time off and holidays.

Why This Opportunity?
The office already has an established presence, experienced personnel, and a strong project pipeline. The goal is to bring in an experienced PLS who can take ownership of the practice and lead it into its next stage of growth. For the right person, there is significant opportunity to build the team, expand the client base, influence business strategy, and increase earning potential as the practice grows. This role is ideal for a PLS currently leading a team, managing an office, or running a smaller surveying practice who seeks a larger platform and greater resources.
