Licensed Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and schedule project work tasks for multiple projects
• Monitor and oversee project budgets
• Establish project team(s)
• Administer and oversee survey manpower and activities
• Communicate and build client relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor
• Licence in New Jersey is required; New York license is preferred
• Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GISS
• Superior communication skills
• Able to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings
• Able to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
• Construction Layout computations and calculations

Pay

Compensation: Min: $120,000 - Max: $150,000.

The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
