We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries and dimensions
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of survey data
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
• Use advanced surveying tools and techniques to complete projects efficiently

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Land Surveyor in the state
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of local land use laws and regulations
