About the role

Responsible for conducting land surveys, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and producing detailed reports.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts field surveys using topographic and GPS equipment
  • Reviews existing survey data and documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepares detailed survey reports and maps
  • Ensures all surveys comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborates with clients and other professionals in the surveying process

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional surveying experience
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing land surveys
  • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Skills

  • Surveying techniques and methods
  • Computer-aided design (CAD) software
