About the role
Responsible for conducting land surveys, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and producing detailed reports.
Responsibilities
- Conducts field surveys using topographic and GPS equipment
- Reviews existing survey data and documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepares detailed survey reports and maps
- Ensures all surveys comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborates with clients and other professionals in the surveying process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional surveying experience
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing land surveys
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
