About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed surveys and measurements to establish property boundaries and elevations
- Prepare and review survey reports and maps
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Use advanced surveying technology and software to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Land Surveyor in the state
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other relevant software
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local land use laws and regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in surveying instruments and techniques
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and analysis

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
