The user wants me to reformat a job posting into clean, well-structured semantic HTML. Let me analyze the content and apply the rules. First, I need to identify the sections: - About the role / Job Description (the main description) - Responsibilities / Duties and Responsibilities - Requirements / Qualifications - Benefits (listed) - Pay / Salary (mentioned: $49,000-53,000 base plus commission) - Schedule? Not explicitly mentioned, but maybe flexible PTO, etc. But schedule not specified. The rules say only include sections when there's real specific content. Schedule not mentioned, so skip. - Skills? Not a separate section, but qualifications include skills. The posting has: - Company intro (Trucordia values, etc.) - this could be "About the company" or "About the role"? The rules say use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The company intro is not exactly "About the role". But we can include a section "About the company" or "About Trucordia". However the rules list example headings: "About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule". It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). I think we can include a heading for the company description. But the rule: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". The job title is "Personal Lines Producer". The company intro is not the job title. So we can include a section "About Trucordia" or "Company Overview". However the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The company intro is quite long. It might be considered "About the role" but it's more about the company. I'll include a section "About Trucordia" as an

. But the rules: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The company intro has real content. So I'll include. Now, the job description: "Job Description" heading appears twice. We'll combine. Duties and Responsibilities: list. Qualifications: list (required and preferred). We'll combine into one list or separate? The rules: use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can make a list for qualifications. Benefits: listed. Pay: salary range and commission. Schedule: not mentioned, so omit. Also there is "Additional Information" with benefits and salary and EEO, scam warning, etc. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, scam warning, recruitment agencies note. Keep benefits and salary. The salary is in "Additional Information". We'll create a Pay section. Now, structure:

    About Trucordia

    ... company description ...

    About the Role

    ... job description paragraph ...

    Responsibilities

    • ... each duty ...

    Qualifications

    • ... required qualifications ...
    • ... preferred qualifications ...

    Benefits

    • ... each benefit ...

    Pay

... salary range and commission ...

Note: The qualifications include "Valid Property and Casualty License", "Experience in personal lines insurance sales", etc. Preferred qualifications include "Must possess a developing knowledge...", "Strong sales acumen and experience with AMS 360". We'll list all as bullet points, maybe separate required vs preferred? But the rules don't require subheadings. We can just list all as bullets, maybe prefix with "Required:" and "Preferred:" but that's still prose. Better to keep as list items with labels. We'll preserve all substantive information. Now, remove duplicate lines: "Job Description" appears twice. We'll keep one. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So remove the EEO paragraph, scam warning paragraph, recruitment agencies note. Keep the benefits list and salary. Now, write HTML fragment. Let's craft. First, About Trucordia: combine the first two paragraphs (Extraordinary Opportunity... and Ranked as one...). Also the Values section. Could include values as list? The values are listed as bullet points in the text? Actually they are separate lines: "We actively, genuinely CARE...", "We COLLABORATE...", etc. They are not formatted as list but we can make them a list. However the rules: use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Values are not duties/requirements/benefits. But we can still use list for values? The rules say "for any list of duties/requirements/benefits". It doesn't forbid other lists. But to be safe, we can keep as paragraphs. However the values are distinct items. I'll make them a list under a subheading? But we don't want too many sections. Maybe include values in the About Trucordia section as a list. But the rules: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can keep About Trucordia as one section with paragraphs and a list for values. Let's structure:

      About Trucordia

      • We CELEBRATE both individual successes and collective accomplishments, making sure the industry recognizes the remarkable company we’re building together, as well as the impact we’re having on our clients and communities.
      But the rules say use

for section headings. Should I use

for subheading? The rules didn't forbid subheadings, but they said use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't say we cannot use

. However to keep simple, maybe just include values as part of the paragraph or as a list without subheading. But the values are distinct. I'll include as a list under the same section, maybe with a bold label. But the rules: use
      • for any list. So I can just put a list after a paragraph. I'll do:
