Licensed Insurance Customer Service Rep. (Property and Casualty)

About the role

Our established dynamic team seeks a licensed insurance individual to provide exceptional customer service to our highly educated commercial insurance clients.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming call questions about insurance policies, coverage issues, as well as general inquiries
• Demonstrate accuracy in processing policy endorsements
• Create Certificates & Evidences of Insurance
• Follow up with clients and insurance carriers for policy changes.
• Handle the entire renewal process and prepare professional proposals of insurance
• Must meet deadlines on a daily basis

Qualifications

• Licensed insurance individual
• High school diploma or GED equivalent needed
• Previous commercial property casualty insurance experience in a customer service role
• Previous commercial insurance customer service experience required
• Knowledge of commercial lines insurance products and policies
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Friendly, client-first attitude
