Responsibilities

• Providing new customer quotes
• Helping customers with policy updates and questions
• Answering and making calls
• Issuing proof of coverage
• Drafting emails that are clear and kind
• Filing claims and verifying coverage
• Logging service tasks and opportunities

Requirements

• A current Property & Casualty license - or willing to pursue one within the first 60 days
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with a supportive team
