About the role

At the Farmers Insurance Reid Agency in Yorkville, IL, we're seeking a driven insurance professional to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships in the Yorkville community and beyond
• Sell and service auto, home, life, and commercial insurance policies under the Farmers brand
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Conduct coverage reviews to ensure clients are properly protected at every stage of life

Requirements

• Active P&C license (required)
• Life & Health license a plus
• 1+ year of insurance sales experience (you know the industry and hit the ground running)
• Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people make smart, confident decisions
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a commission-focused environment

Pay

Compensation is base + commission, with unlimited earnings potential.

Schedule

We offer a primarily in-office option at our Yorkville, IL location, with a flexible hybrid arrangement available for those who demonstrate they can excel with flexibility.
