Licensed Insurance Sales Producer

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Sales Producer, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
• Generate leads and conduct sales presentations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
• Manage client accounts
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product offerings

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance and a valid TDI P&C license
• Sales and prospecting skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Training and professional development
• Self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in basic computer software and CRM tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred
