About the role

The Home Inspector is the most important role at US Inspect, established in 1987. We are currently seeking experienced inspectors to join our team of highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough home inspections to identify structural, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Document findings in professional reports using industry-standard templates.
• Communicate inspection results clearly and concisely to clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Provide recommendations for repairs or improvements.
• Adhere to safety protocols during inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in home inspection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with home inspection software.
• Knowledge of common home repair and maintenance tasks.
• Understanding of building codes and local regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
