Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting, and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community involvement.
• Handle community outreach, including calling on physicians for referrals.
• Commit to delivering the Belcare promise, Beltone’s exclusive Nationwide Network of Care.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Uphold values of integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Florida OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of Florida.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispensing or fitting experience (preferred).
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals (preferred).
