Hearing Care Professional -- Licensed

Base salary: Unlicensed base pay is $50K, a licensed HCP base pay is $60K.

Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for best rehabilitative services, fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community involvement.
• Handle community outreach, such as calling on physicians for referrals.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Value integrity, honesty, and respect for both our patients and our staff.

Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the state of North Carolina OR AuD with the necessary requirements to dispense hearing instruments in the state of North Carolina.
• 2+ years dispensing or fitting experience (preferred).
• Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals (preferred).
