Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive hearing evaluations.
• Provide professional recommendations for rehabilitative services, fitting, and dispensing of hearing instruments and/or accessories to ensure a successful patient journey.
• Educate patients about hearing healthcare and engage in community involvement.
• Conduct community outreach, including calling on physicians for referrals.

Requirements

• Current Florida state license to dispense hearing instruments.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Commitment to integrity, honesty, and respect for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of dispensing or fitting experience.
• Preferred: Strong history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
