Key Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, trust-based environment
- Conduct hearing evaluation consultations
- Educate patients and third parties about hearing loss and solutions
- Recommend appropriate hearing aids and accessories
- Provide long-term after-care services
- Maintain a full schedule through proactive engagement
- Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts
Requirements
- Required Qualifications:
- Actively licensed as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Dispensing Audiologist
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
- Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
- Professional, growth-oriented mindset

Benefits
- Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM, plus one Saturday per month
