Licensed Esthetician / Front Desk Associate | Dual Role

About the Role

Elements Massage Newburyport is looking for a Licensed Esthetician interested in a unique dual role combining hands-on skincare with client experience and front desk responsibilities. This is a great opportunity for an esthetician looking to build their skincare clientele while maintaining consistent hours and income as part of a supportive, growing wellness studio.

Responsibilities

• Esthetician (Approx. 2 days/week)
  • Provide customized, results-driven facial services
  • Educate clients on skincare and home-care routines
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Recommend appropriate Sanitas products and services
• Wellness Membership Advisor (Approx. 2-3 days/week)
  • Create a warm, exceptional client experience
  • Manage scheduling, check-ins, checkout, and client communication
  • Educate clients on massage, skincare, and wellness services
  • Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program
  • Work closely with providers and leadership to support studio goals

Pay

• Esthetician: $20/hour base + gratuity + retail commission
• Front Desk: $17-18/hour + commission per membership activation + bonus opportunities

About Skincare at Elements

We use Sanitas Skincare, a professional-grade, science-backed line that allows our estheticians to customize treatments and address concerns including acne, aging, sensitivity, hydration, and overall skin health. We provide comprehensive facial, product, and Sanitas training, along with front desk and membership training to help you feel confident in both sides of your role.

Requirements

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and client education
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working both in the treatment room and with clients at the front desk
• Evening and weekend availability required
