Full Time Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking the perfect fit for our location that will grow with us. Our ideal candidate is someone that is education and results driven, goal oriented with weekend availability and a desire for advanced esthetics. This is a performance-based role.

About the Role

We carry two different facial lines and offer the following services: LED, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, microcurrent, body contouring, chemical peels, DiamondGlow, Luminfusion, nanopen, gua sha, and ice globes.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Create progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
• Flexibility with training hours

Requirements

• Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
• Liability insurance
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
• Weekend availability
