Licensed Esthetician | Full-Time & Part-Time

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated, hard-working, and positive Skin Expert (Esthetician / Cosmetologist) to create, cultivate, and promote a fun and energetic environment with tons of growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times to all guests.
• Achieve personal and store service and product goals.
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Perform 40–50 minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services, including dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients.
• Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate, complete records.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures before, during, and after services.
• Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify of supply needs and ensure necessary items are on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company timekeeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Requirements

• Active and valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License as required by law.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydradermabrasion, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
• Developed communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
