Licensed Esthetician | Beauty Therapist & Skin Specialist

About the role

At Beautiology, every treatment is a step in a plan. We guide skin transformations through science, intention, and care. We're hiring a Licensed Esthetician who thinks like a skin strategist — someone who blends clinical knowledge with elevated hospitality, and who treats client results as their signature.

Responsibilities

• Deep consultations that surface the real concern
• Bespoke, protocol-driven treatments across microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, microcurrent, dermaplaning, nano-infusion, radio frequency, ultrasound, chemical peels, LED, gua sha, and cold therapy
• Client education that leaves people empowered instead of confused
• Honest home care recommendations from lines including Epicutis, Environ, GlyMed+, Face Reality, Le Mieux, Skin Script, One Love Organics, and Image Skincare
• Share in front desk coverage, studio upkeep, inventory, and appearing in the content that represents our work

Requirements

• Active NYS Esthetician license
• 2+ years hands-on experience
• Boutique, clinical, or luxury spa background preferred
• Warm but polished, self-led, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure
• The kind of esthetician who studies on their own time
• Comfortable on camera; bilingual a plus

Pay

$20–$28/hour base plus retail commission (structure discussed at interview).

Schedule

20–28 hours per week to start, with flexible scheduling and a defined path to full-time.
