About the role
The Licensed Escrow Assistant coordinates the collection of information to finalize a home sale, handles A to Z processing, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks. They communicate professionally, respectfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers. They also back up on closings, after becoming licensed, as requested by Closer or management, and keep the Esc. Officer license active and CE credits up to date.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
- Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
- Communicating professionally, respectfully, and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.
- Backing up on closings, after becoming licensed, as requested by Closer or management.
- Keeping Esc. Officer license active and CE credits up to date, after becoming licensed.
Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of Escrow experience, frontend and backend/funding, is required.
- Great written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Able to work proficiently with technology and in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Suite proficient, including Outlook.
