About the role
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively seeking experienced electrical technicians to join our contractor network for residential service, repair, and maintenance work orders. This opportunity is a strong fit for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, consistent local work opportunities, and fast payment processing after completed jobs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
- Diagnose electrical issues and recommend efficient repair solutions
- Follow local electrical codes and all safety requirements
- Maintain communication and submit job updates through the mobile portal
- Complete work professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Manage assigned work orders, timelines, and approved budgets effectively
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
- Must own electrical tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
- Able to work independently and manage service calls
- PREFERRED: 3+ years of residential electrical experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Comfortable using online portals and mobile job systems
- Able to transport tools and equipment as needed
- Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
- Workers' Compensation coverage preferred where applicable
- Valid trade license preferred depending on state or local requirements
