Licensed Director of Social Services

About the role

Regalcare of Quincy is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care. We are currently seeking a motivated licensed Social Services / Admissions Coordinator to support residents and families while guiding a smooth admissions process.

Responsibilities

• Cook up admissions from referral through intake
• Support residents and families with social service needs and care planning
• Communicate with hospitals, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Aid with discharge planning and transitions of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Serve as a key point of contact for residents, families, and referral sources

Requirements

• Licensed Social Services / Admissions Coordinator license eligible or current LSW, LCSW or LICSW required
• Masters Level preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Career-oriented, professional, and team-oriented approach
• Knowledge of insurance and discharge planning is a plus
