What We’re Looking For Are you a licensed mental health professional who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference in the community? We’re looking for a CSP Clinical Coordinator to provide clinical leadership and day-to-day support to our Community Support Program (CSP). In this role, you’ll supervise and develop case managers, provide clinical guidance, respond to complex situations, and help ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centered care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced clinician who wants to combine clinical leadership, staff development, community-based care, and hands-on problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and day-to-day leadership to CSP case managers.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, professional development, and staff performance.
- Provide clinical and case management services as part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.
