Key Responsibilities
- Cook up patient care plans and keep track of how well they’re working
- Watch over the people who give care to patients
- Make sure the care given is safe and kind
- Build good relationships with patients and their families
- Work in a busy, friendly team
Requirements
- Have a current nursing license and know CPR
- Have at least 18 months of nursing experience, including 6+ months of dialysis
- Get approval for being ready to work in charge of nurses
- Have a diploma in nursing (ADN) or a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN)
- Have experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg
- Have CNN or CDN certification if possible
- Be good with computers (know MS Word, Outlook)
- Be flexible with your schedule, including weekends and holidays
