Licensed Counselor - Crestview Mobile Response Team

About the role

This will be a daytime hybrid position - 8 hours with an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform work requiring advanced knowledge (Master’s Degree, License/Certification, and at least two years of experience) in the field of Human Services.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in providing the highest quality client-centered therapeutic services.
• Ensure services are provided and documented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in addition to LCI and division standards.
• Provide therapeutic services including assessment, safety planning, direct service provision, person-centered services, and management of client risk.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field.
• Valid license in Florida as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with individuals who have mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
• Able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
• Able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Able to provide transportation and have a good driving record.

Qualifications

Benefits

• Compensation: Salary Range is between $56,672 to $62,800 per year with an additional supplemental pay (up to 10% of base pay) for Mobile Response Team members.

Pay

Salary Range is between $56,672 to $62,800 per year with an additional supplemental pay (up to 10% of base pay) for Mobile Response Team members.
