About the organization

Gulf Breeze Recovery offers a non-12 step holistic approach to drug and alcohol rehab. Our expert team of clinicians provides compassionate care to our guests. Nestled into a private part of Santa Rosa Sound, our waterfront addiction treatment center is the perfect setting to help individuals heal from substance use disorder and end chronic relapse.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in both individual and group counseling sessions, guiding clients as they tackle substance use, mental health challenges, and achieve personal goals.
  • Monitor client progress and continuously update individualized treatment plans, ensuring that care is collaborative and holistic.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of medical and clinical professionals.
  • Document essential progress notes and treatment updates in the KIPU electronic medical record system to uphold compliance with HIPAA and quality assurance standards.
  • Provide support during crisis situations.
  • Liaise with family members and outside providers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and trainings.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively connect with clients and facilitate open dialogue during sessions.
  • Strong listening abilities to understand and empathize with clients' unique experiences and challenges.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for developing effective treatment plans and making real-time adjustments based on client progress.
