About the role
Cascade Community Healthcare has been serving Lewis County and surrounding areas for over 50 years. Our mission is to provide compassionate and encouraging counseling to help clients make positive changes and live more fulfilling lives. We currently operate six treatment locations.
Responsibilities
- Provides intake assessment and treatment planning for assigned clients.
- Completes intake assessments and treatment plans within agency-set timelines.
- Reviews treatment plans goals and short-term objectives with clients during sessions and documents their responses in the clinical record.
- Develops interim plans with clients to achieve goals and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
- Offers individual, family, and group therapy services as appropriate.
- Maintains proper service levels by adjusting treatment plans based on client needs.
- Maintains direct service productivity as directed by the program manager/director.
- Coordinates treatment services with schools, other agencies, and significant others.
- Works with primary care providers and other relevant agencies to support clients' health and well-being.
- Responds to phone calls within one business day.
- Maintains accurate records and completes required reports and forms.
- Participates in supervision, consultation, and training as directed.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling or a related field required.
- Licensed (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) or Associate Licensed (LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA) counselor credential required.
- Passes WA State Patrol background check at hire and annually thereafter.
- Maintains current contact information with the Human Resources office.

- Experience in providing clinical services to clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of mental health treatment principles and practices.

Pay
$30.24 - $39.36 hourly, dependent on experience and credential.
Schedule
Day shift: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.
