About the role

The Licensed Commercial Plumbing Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This includes diagnosing issues, performing necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in commercial buildings
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
• Communicate effectively with clients and other tradespeople

Requirements

• Valid state plumbing license
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using plumbing tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in plumbing or related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
