About the role

The Program Director at Crestwood is a meaningful role in behavioral health. Crestwood has been dedicated to creating innovative recovery programs and developing compassionate communities since 1970. The Program Director oversees and coordinates rehabilitation programs while ensuring compliance with established policies and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program.
  • Ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program.
  • Timely completion of respective reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or licensed nurse/licensed clinician.
  • At least two (2) years of experience or training in a mental health setting, one year of which includes experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DSM-5, psycho-social rehabilitation, and recovery principles.
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

About the Campus

Our San Francisco Geary Crisis Stabilization is a 16-bed facility located in the heart of the Tenderloin district. We provide immediate care for people with urgent mental health needs and are committed to serving the underserved community.

Pay Range

$140,004.80 USD - $162,302.40 USD
