About the role
LifeStance Health is seeking fully licensed Minnesota therapists (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC) with child, adolescent, or adult experience to join our clinical team. We offer a flexible, collegial work environment focused on outpatient care, clinical excellence, and work/life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults.
- Set your own schedule with full-time or part-time (20+ hours/week) availability.
- Work in a hybrid model with newly designed, modern offices and digital telemedicine options.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists.
