About the Role
Our Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We offer a flexible work environment with full-time and part-time (20+ hours per week) opportunities, allowing you to set your own schedule. This is a 100% outpatient role with no nights, hospital calls, or weekends. You’ll work in a hybrid model with newly designed, modern offices and full administrative support for scheduling and billing. We provide the latest in digital technology and a strong work/life balance.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations

- Unlimited compensation/uncapped earnings with a compensation range of $73k - $126k (productivity-based model)
