About the Role
Our Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We offer a flexible work environment with full-time and part-time (20+ hours per week) opportunities, allowing you to set your own schedule. This role follows a hybrid model and is 100% outpatient with no nights, weekends, or hospital calls. You’ll benefit from full administrative support for scheduling and billing, newly designed and modern offices, and the latest in digital technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and/or adults in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telemedicine.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota as an LMFT, LICSW, or LPCC.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.

- Unlimited compensation/uncapped earnings with a compensation range of $73k - $126k, based on productivity.
