About the Role
Our Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. We offer a flexible work environment with full-time and part-time (20+ hours per week) opportunities, allowing you to set your own schedule. This is a 100% outpatient role with no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends. You’ll work in a hybrid model with newly designed, modern offices and full administrative support for scheduling and billing. We provide the latest in digital technology and foster a collegial work environment with a strong work/life balance.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC)
- Experience with child, adolescent, or adult populations
Compensation & Benefits
- Unlimited compensation/uncapped earnings with a productivity-based model
- Compensation range: $73,000 – $126,000
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and 401k (with match)
- Paid parental leave and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- Sign-on bonus available
