Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients in an outpatient care setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide therapy to patients.
• Stay updated with the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Minnesota.
• Experience in Child, Adolescent, or Adult populations.
• Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Current license to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience working in an outpatient mental health setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

Compensation range: $73k - $126k - compensation model based on productivity.
