Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients suffering from various mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and treatment modalities.
• Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements related to mental health practice.

Requirements

• Must be fully licensed in Minnesota.
• Experience in Child, Adolescent, or Adult populations.
• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Valid license to practice in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

Compensation range $73k - $126k - compensation model based on productivity.
