Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for patients in an outpatient care setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, and provide therapy to patients.
- Stay updated on the latest research and treatment modalities in behavioral health.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Minnesota.
- Experience in Child, Adolescent, or Adult populations.
- Pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Current license to practice in Minnesota.
- Experience in a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices.
