Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
About the role
We are actively hiring passionate therapists committed to clinical excellence to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions are available with flexible scheduling, hybrid models (on-site and telehealth), and 100% outpatient work—no nights, no hospital calls, and no weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidenced-based, medically driven mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting.
- Deliver care through both in-person clinic visits and telemedicine offerings.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults.
Compensation
- Annual compensation range: $84,000 – $113,000 + sign-on bonus (full-time).
- Unlimited/uncapped earnings potential based on productivity.
