Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare services to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient setting, both in-person and via telehealth.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Wisconsin (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- Experience working with child, adolescent, or adult populations.

Pay
$84,000 - $113,000 annually + sign-on bonus (full-time). Compensation model based on productivity with unlimited/uncapped earnings.
