Responsibilities

• Treatment of clients aged 0-18, 18-64, and 65+
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct therapy sessions with clients in person or remotely
• Documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Participation in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Fully licensed LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Wisconsin
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Pass a background check
