Licensed Clinical Therapist - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based mental health treatment to diverse outpatient clients, including individuals, couples, and families. The role involves conducting assessments, delivering therapies such as CBT and DBT, and monitoring treatment progress. The therapist will maintain accurate electronic records, collaborate with a team, and adapt care to patient needs in a flexible work environment that may include in-person, hybrid, or telehealth settings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Active, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Oregon

Qualifications

• Two or more years of post-master’s clinical practice
• Familiarity with psychotherapy modalities
• Proficiency with electronic health records
