Position Summary
This position will provide on-demand, evidence-based crisis intervention and assessment services. This position will assess, de-escalate, and problem-solve issues which may appear to be associated with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The Rely Center team is for individuals who have a passion for and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, assisting individuals in mental health and/or substance use crises, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Education/Experience
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or other mental health related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
- Minimum of (1) year experience in a related field required
- Community Mental Health experience highly preferred
- Experience with Crisis Intervention highly preferred
Skills
- Must have excellent crisis intervention/de-escalation skills
- Knowledge and application of social service systems, community resources, legal systems, and child welfare systems highly preferred
Licensure
- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
- Recognized as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) by the State of Indiana, a plus

Qualifications
- Drug screen, TB test and extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References) are required of all Aspire employees
