Licensed Clinical Therapist $5,000 Bonus - (MSW, LPC) Inpatient Setting

About the role

Henry Ford Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. The position is Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support
• Coordinate discharge planning and community referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited college or university required
• Two (2) or more years of experience working with the identified patient population preferred
• Ability to assess, engage, and provide therapeutic interventions to individuals with mental health needs
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Active state licensure, as required in the state in which the facility operates, which may include one of the following: LMSW, LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training is available upon hire and provided by the facility)
