Clinical Therapist Sign on Bonus $5,000

About the role

Pawnee Nation Behavioral Health, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, is building something groundbreaking and we're looking for a Clinical Therapist to join our team supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee outpatient clinical admissions, including assessments and preliminary treatment planning for new clients.
• Provide clinical intervention during crisis situations and address emergent client needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of psychosocial assessments, clinical notes, and master treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy services as assigned.
• Review client records for quality and completeness and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and utilization review activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations and program success.

Requirements

• Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Willing to consider licensure candidates or those with additional training if not fully licensed.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience working with substance use and/or mental health disorders.
• Strong knowledge of clinical systems, supervision, operations, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation requirements.

• Approved to supervise clinical staff.
