Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW - College Campus (Part-Time)

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Social Work Services including psychosocial assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families.
• Opportunity to supervise and train interns and unlicensed staff, as needed.
• Maintain quality assurance of the behavioral health program.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being of the patient.
• Conduct intake and assessment of patients’ available resources and needs.
• Formulate assessments and direct treatment accordingly.
• Develop an individual-based and/or group-based treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and other life issues.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in Via Care Community Health Center's Continuing Quality Improvement (QI) program.
• Contribute to program planning, evaluation, report preparation, and development of articles.
• Perform other tasks as required or as assigned.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work from an accredited school of social work.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of experience providing clinical social work services.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with multicultural populations and cultural competency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
