Role & Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services in a critical access hospital setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy to patients.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to licensing and certification standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid license as an LCSW with active licensure in the practicing state.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an LCSW.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
