Role and Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services in a critical access hospital setting.
• Deliver patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and offer counseling.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to licensing and certification requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid LCSW license in applicable state(s).
• One or more years of experience as an LCSW.
• Active CPR certification may be required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
