Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, crisis interventions, and develop therapeutic goals and treatment plans.
• Supervise clinicians to ensure ethical and effective service delivery.
• Utilize interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Educate clients about mental health concerns and foster client capacity for self-care.
• Promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration to enhance patient care.
• Monitor and adapt services to meet evolving treatment philosophies and client needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and completed practicum.
• Appropriate licensure within 6 months of hire.
• Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with office equipment.

Additional Requirements

• Must have BLS, pharmacology knowledge, skills checklist, and pass a specialty exam.
• Preference given to candidates with three years of sobriety if in recovery.
