Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient care setting
• Deliver care both in-person at clinics and through digital health telemedicine offerings
• Partner and collaborate with other treating health care providers to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize data to individually tailor services for continual improvement in outcomes
• Empower patients to make informed choices and help them achieve their goals

Requirements

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Maryland as an LCPC, LCSW-C, or LCMFT
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations

Pay

Annual income potential of $76,000 to $112,600 per year, based on productivity.
